Re-Inspired!
As an artist, writer and recently retired art educator, I am exploring an amazing new chapter in my life. Rather than retired, I consider myself “Re-Inspired!”
My Writing
Lorraine Manzo is an author, artist and educator who is passionate about exploring the healing benefits of the connection of body, mind and spirit through her multidisciplinary work. As a New York State art educator for more than 25 years, Lorraine developed workshops to empower women incorporating guided meditation and yoga postures as inspiration for the creative process. Lorraine’s methods utilizing writing and neurographic art facilitated her reconnection with her own authentic self and recovery from the destructive Empath/Narcissist relationship pattern. Lorraine’s short story Sag Harbor Sundays was published in ACES magazine and Dan’s Papers.

When I began writing a journal as a young girl, I had no idea that this daily practice would become an integral life long passion. My writing practice has led to the creation of short stories and poetry. Having a collection of several hundred journals, I seek to write a memoir focusing on overcoming my challenging relationship patterns. I dream of being of service to others, making a difference in the lives of those who face the same pattern of Empath/Narcissist. Attending this retreat, I seek inspiration, support and collaboration from this community of writers.
